My wallet won't connect

Two things block a wallet connection more often than anything else: the wallet is sitting on a different network than the one selected on the platform, or the signature request was never signed. Check both before anything else.

  1. Match the network. Look at the network and currency selector in the top right corner of the platform, then open your wallet and switch it to the same network. They have to match on both sides.
  2. Sign the authorization request. Once the wallet is connected, the site shows a Verify wallet button, and pressing it sends the signature request to the wallet. That signature is what grants permission to use the platform. It costs no gas and does not move your funds. If no window pops up, open the wallet extension or the mobile app manually, the request is often waiting there.
  3. Try WalletConnect. In the login window, the one that opens from "Sign Up" in the top right corner, pick WalletConnect instead of the wallet itself and scan the QR code with your wallet app. This path works when a browser extension refuses to respond.
  4. Turn off other extensions. If several wallet extensions are installed, they compete for the same connection. Disable the ones you are not using, refresh the page, and connect again.
