The site will not load or I cannot log in

In most cases the cause sits in the browser, not on the platform: an extension or a VPN connection is interfering with the site, or an old cached version is being loaded. Work through these steps in order.

1. Disable extensions and VPN. Temporarily turn off all browser extensions and any active VPN connection, then reload the page. Ad blockers, privacy extensions and a second crypto wallet extension are the usual causes. An incognito window runs without extensions, so it is a fast way to test this.
2. Clear cache and cookies. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then open dexsport.io again. This removes the outdated files that make a page hang half-loaded.
3. Restart the platform. Close the platform completely, open it again, and only then log back in to your wallet.
