My bet has not been settled

Settlement takes up to 20 minutes after the event ends, and on some events a bit longer, depending on how the result is confirmed. So the first step is to wait out that window, counting from the official end of the event rather than from the moment the score stopped changing.

1. Open My Bets. You will find it in your profile, or as a tab in the top right corner at dexsport.io/sports/. It shows both settled and unsettled bets.
2. Wait 20 minutes from the official end of the event.
3. Check whether the event was rescheduled or interrupted. If it was moved by more than 36 to 48 hours from the start time shown on the coupon, bets on it are settled at odds of 1. If it was interrupted and not finished within 12 to 18 hours of the original start time, bets are settled on the results at the moment of interruption, with odds of 1 for outcomes that were not determined.
4. In live casino games, do not close the game window too early. If you leave before the round finishes, the round may not settle.
