The freebet button is not showing

A freebet appears as a button on your betslip only when your current selection matches that freebet's conditions. If the button is missing, the bet you are building does not match yet. Nothing has been lost and the freebet has not disappeared.

Start by opening the freebet's card: My Bonuses in your profile, or the gift icon above the betslip. Every condition is listed there, and that is what the slip has to match.

1. The coin. A freebet is issued in a specific coin, shown next to its amount. Select that coin in the currency selector in the top right corner and rebuild the slip. The network can be any.
2. The number of outcomes. Look at Number of outcomes in one bet. It is a range: if it starts at one, a single bet works; if it starts at three, you need a combo of at least three outcomes.
3. The odds. Look at Odds Range. The first number is the minimum odds for each outcome on the slip, the second is the maximum combined odds of the slip. Both have to hold at once.
4. The sport. Discipline(s) lists what the freebet covers. Outcomes from other sports will not activate it.
