I get an Outcome Limit Exceed error

This error means the slip you are trying to place breaks one of the limits for that event. It is not a wallet or balance problem. There are four common causes, and each has a quick fix.

  1. Opposing bets on the same event. You already have, or are adding, two outcomes that contradict each other on the same event. Remove one of them.
  2. The event is already finished. A bet on a completed event will not go through. Refresh the page, the line may still be showing from an earlier load.
  3. Potential winnings above the maximum. Your stake multiplied by the odds exceeds the limit for that selection. Lower the stake. To see what is allowed, look at the Max. Bet line under the amount field, or click the MAX button in the betslip.
  4. Too many selections on one event. The slip holds more outcomes from the same event than the limit allows. Remove one of the outcomes and try again.
