VIP Cashback
- Сalculation of the cashback amount for each player carries out every monday.
- Cashback is available only for players with negative results for the past billing period.
- Cashback applies for betting on sports and e-sports events only.
- The number of calculated bets for the billing period should exceed 5. Bets must be made on different events.
- Cashback will be credited only on lost deposits.
The amount of cashback directly depends on size of loss for the past billing period:
Level 1
Negative results for the week are 2.500 USD and more. The players receive VIP cashback level 1 - 3.5%Level 2
Negative results for the week are 7.500 USD and more. The players receive VIP cashback level 2 - 5%Level 3
Negative results for the week are 15.000 USD and more. The players receive VIP cashback level 3 - 7.5%Level 4
Negative results for the week are 30.000 USD and more. The players receive VIP cashback level 4 - 10%If the conditions are not met in any of the billing periods, the cashback level in such a billing period is considered to be reduced by one level, and the calculation of the player's cashback for such a period is carried out according to the reduced status. The exception is level 3, which is assigned for two weeks, and level 4, which is assigned for three weeks
Payout details
Cashback is credited only in USD at the exchange rate for the billing period.
- The amount of lost cashback is not considered in the next week❜s result of the loss.
- The recalculation of bets also entails recalculating the player's cashback.
- Under the terms and conditions, Dexsport.io may refuse any player to get cashback without reason given.
