- Cashback is calculated for the period from Monday 00:01 to Sunday 23:59 UTC
- Cashback is provided according to the formula: (Total amount of bets excluding bonus bets – Total amount of winnings excluding bonus winnings) * cashback %
- Cashback percentage depends on the negative result for the past period
The amount of cashback directly depends on size of loss for the past billing period::
Bronze
Negative result 100 USD or more – 5%Silver
Negative result 500 USD or more – 7.5%Gold
Negative result 1,000 USD or more – 10%Platinum
Negative result 10,000 USD or more – 12.5%Diamond
Negative result 25,000 USD or more – 15%- Cashback can be obtained for any activity on Dexsport – sports betting, esports, casino, or live casino.
- Cashback levels must be confirmed weekly. Exceptions: Platinum level must be confirmed once every 2 weeks, and Diamond level must be confirmed once every 3 weeks.
- To receive cashback, users must place 5 sports bets on different matches or 5 bets in the casino during the calculation period.
- If bets are recalculated, the player’s cashback is also recalculated.
- According to the terms and conditions, Dexsport may refuse to grant cashback to any player without explanation.
